In October, Mrs Sadat-Shafai and Sixth Form HLTA, Mrs Morris, travelled across to Manchester Airport Radisson Blu with a group of students to join others from across Cheshire and Manchester and take part in a Customer Service Masterclass event.
Manchester Airport, Jet 2, Midland Hotel and John Lewis were all hosting interactive workshops designed to increase the 120 delegates’ understanding of customer service and help to give them important employability skills.
